Anja skvortsova

Anja has an extensive track record of supporting listed and private clients with Executive and Board appointments internationally across financial services, industrials and consumer sector. She has particularly focused on increasing the representation of women and ethnic minorities in leadership roles.

Prior to MWM, Anja was leading the European Executive and Board practice at Audeliss executive search, a leader in diversity hiring. She was also the European Co-Chair on the Advisory Board for Women’s Business Collaborative and a member of Women Leaders Group for 25x25, an initiative to get to 25 women CEOs in FTSE100 and 250 by 2025.

 Anja has a BSc in Management Sciences and an MA in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School.
