Rebecca Fitzpatrick

Rebecca has over 20 years of search experience, advising on Board and senior level executive appointments, working across industrial, business services, consumer and retail clients.

In addition to deep expertise in the UK market, predominantly with FTSE 100 and 250 clients, she has played a key role in international board assignments particularly in Continental Europe and Asia.

She joined MWM in 2007, having previously worked in the board practice at Whitehead Mann. She has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University.
